Version 1.5.1 to Address Bug for iOS 4 Users

by Barry on November 25, 2011

UPDATE Dec. 7: I submitted version 1.5.1 to Apple today. Approval normally takes 4-7 days.

Just quick note that I’m aware of a bug that affects Bookmark for some users on iOS 4. The symptoms are Bookmark playing the wrong track (often music) and displaying a garbage track number like “Track -2432435432 of 1″. I’m 99% certain it’s fixed in version 1.5.1 and am testing with the help of several users who are experiencing the bug. I’ll update this post after testing and when it’s submitted to Apple for approval.

Sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime.

How do I reinstall an earlier version that will be usable?

There’s no way to downgrade. The fix is in 1.5.1 which was submitted to Apple today for approval. Email me if you find problems after that.

All of my WMA audiobooks downloaded from the library website are still going into the playlist on my ipod touch 4th gen and not showing up in BOOKMARK. I have made sure that they are listed as a book in itunes.
I will be so happy when this bug is fixed!
